Why drive one luxury car when you can drive all the luxury cars?

Mercedes-Benz just announced a high-end car subscription service, entering a crowded field that already features like-minded pilot programs by BMW, Cadillac, Porsche and Audi. The marque’s Mercedes-Benz Collection launches in Nashville and Philadelphia this June, and will allow members to book different Mercedes vehicles from a dedicated app.

The available cars, licensed through Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the two cities, will include an unspecified range of SUVs, sedans, coupes, cabriolets, roadsters and wagons, along with Mercedes-AMG models. A number of different tiers will be available to subscribers, and “drivers will enjoy unlimited access within their tier and no mileage limitations.” The monthly fee also includes insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance and vehicle maintenance.

No price was given, but as The Verge notes, similar programs from BMW, Cadillac and Porsche fall in the $1,800-$3,000 per month range.
