According to a report by ESPN, former Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy will reunite with head coach Andy Reid as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. McCoy has reportedly agreed to a one-year, $4 million deal with the team that includes $3 million guaranteed.

McCoy began his career playing for Reid on the Philadelphia Eagles from 2009 to 2012. Under Reid during those years, he rushed for 3,866 yards. Before being released by the Bills, he finished the 2018 season with a career-low 514 rushing yards and three touchdowns.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes appeared to be excited about McCoy joining him in Kansas City, responding to the news on Twitter with fire emojis and a flexed bicep for good measure. Check out that tweet below.
