Staub doesn’t have much reason to discount its Dutch ovens. They’re one of two names people think of when it comes to French-made, heirloom-worthy enameled cocottes, and the cooking prowess matches the reputation. But, what the hell, they’re offering a giant discount anyway.

You can currently pick up a 5-quart version of Staub’s classic Dutch oven for almost 60% off in black, white or grey. This is a huge sale on an essential piece of cookware, so if you don’t have one, you won’t likely find a better deal — plus, they’re adding free shipping.

As the company notes, their “classic” size is a 4-quart, and this slightly larger model adds the extra quart in height rather than girth. Owning a bigger Dutch oven myself, I’d recommend leveling up, especially if you’re only going to own one size. The extra weight is negligible, and you can always cook smaller dishes, but when it’s finally time to throw that dinner party you’ll be glad of the extra space.
