Aston Martin Residences in Miami on Biscayne Break Ground

Now you can: Aston Martin broke ground this week in Miami on its first residential tower, a 391-unit, 66-story property overlooking Biscayne Bay. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the Aston Martin Residences are divided into 1-5 bedroom units, duplexes, penthouses and triple penthouses.

Features within the individual units vary, but residents can look forward to coming home to floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, marble floors, a top-of-the-line kitchen with European cabinets and appliances and a private balcony offering panoramic views.

Designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger, the full-service building has 42,275 square feet of amenities spread across four of its top floors. Connected by a massive glass staircase, floors 52 through 55 contain “Sky Amenities” like a curated art gallery, barber station, boxing room, virtual golf, movie theaters, infinity pool, cabanas, and a high-end chef’s kitchen.
