Kennedy playing with his children at the Kennedy family farm in Virginia about a week before his assassination. Carolina Kennedy rides Macaroni and John F. Kennedy Jr. plays with family friend Ben Bradlee, the legendary Washington Post editor and the subject of the documentary. Bradlee recalls, through a voiceover, how this weekend visit was the last time he saw JFK alive. The Newspaperman: The Life and Times of Ben Bradlee tells the story of Bradlee’s friendship with Kennedy, his time at the Post, and his leadership through the Pentagon Papers.
