Leslie Odom Jr. may star on Broadway, but the recent performance that really stole hearts is his sing-along with a school children’s choir, PS22, in Staten Island. Gregg Breinberg, the chorus director, posted the heart-warming video of the Hamilton star performing with the well-known children’s group. Breinberg started posting videos of the kids singing popular songs. The kids gained recognition and started performing with stars like Lady Gaga, Portugal The Man, Ingrid Michaelson, and more. They are called the “best known elementary school on the planet” and Breinberg has tried to use the fame to help promote music education. Check out the adorable clip below.
