There was no late-night programming on Showtime and Emily Ratajkowski was still just a distant glimmer in her father’s eye, but 1965 was still a solid year for softcore erotica. And below, we’ve got the NSFW slideshow to prove it, thanks to Imperial Publishing, the same publisher that released a book of NSFW Polaroids showcasing Ratajkowski and others last summer.
Imperia is showing off the state of undress circa ‘65 in a new 48-page tome called 1965 Erotica. The book comprises a selection of erotic negatives handpicked from Imperial’s private vault. The book is a “unique look at erotic photography during the heyday of postwar American prosperity” and shows “a time of unparalleled freedom and sexual liberation.”
Limited to a run of just 500 editions, 1965 Erotica is priced at $40 and can be preordered here.
