Because nobody likes corporate motivational posters, not even the soccer moms in HR, there’s this:
You can lease photos of showbiz’s greatest icons — Jagger, Dylan, Brigitte Bardot, etc. — from The Morrison Hotel Gallery’s new “Lease/Buy” program, just now taking orders.
For the uninitiated, MHG was founded by the official photographer of Woodstock and the shutterbug who shot the iconic Doors album cover that named the gallery. So yeah, they know their stuff.
Simply call or email the gallery and their team will check out your space and then work with you (and the photographers themselves, in many cases) to curate a custom “exhibition” for the place.
Dylan hangin’ with Jagger at Mick’s 30th birthday party. A 19 year-old Muhammad Ali hangin’ in the locker room. Brigitte Bardot hangin’ by her (crazy hot) self. Whatever floats your aesthetic boat.
Prints can be done with standard frames, or more fancifully – e.g., on fabric or glass. Even brushed bronze, if you want something similar to MHG’s installation at The SoHo Grand.
And no need to pony beaucoup bucks up front – pay over time and eventually the snaps are yours. For larger projects, MHG will even rotate works to mix it up.
Cool? Cool.
