The cool-as-the-day-is-long comes courtesy of VTR Customs, a blip on the map workshop consisting of three Beamer enthusiasts a la Switzerland. This make, coined the Willoughby 65, began life as a BMW R65.
The team swooped ‘er up with up a Siebenrock 860cc Power Kit and two Keihin FCR 39 flat-side carburetors. So Willi here now churns out 70 ponies. To polish it off, the crew covered the moto with a vintage blue paint and fitted it with a ’50s fishing rod and a ’60s paddle.
