Europe’s most active volcano, Mount Etna, has been spitting hot fire on the reg since 2001.

Porsche’s latest offering, which is decked out in Etna blue, continues that hot fire tradition.

In addition to its distinctive blue body, the 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Design Edition has a white gold metallic finish on many of its components, including its 20-inch RS wheels and graphics.

The limited release, which will be restricted to approximately 100 cars worldwide, pays tribute to the colors Porsche used on its 356 B in 1960 and 1961 and is meant to be a collector’s item.

The special Targa 4S comes standard with a twin-turbo engine packing 420 horses that expels its exhaust through a quartet of sports  tailpipes that say “eat my dust” with the utmost panache.

The car’s graphite-blue interior features seats that can be adjusted in 18 ways, along with leather trim on the backrests, steering column casing, parts of the dashboard and air nozzles.

Porsche has set the stateside price for these gorgeous hand-finished vehicles at $186,835 (nearly $65k more than a standard Targa 4S), and there are of course customization options that will push that number up.

After all, why scrimp?
