This is one of the most extreme ways of keeping a business afloat: Commissioning a 45,000-ton, 721-foot-long megayacht for clients and influencers to use.

According to Bloomberg, Quintessentially, a company that provides global clients with high-end concierge services, has done just that with its order of the Quintessentially One megayacht, which has cost it $304 million to build.

But there’s a catch here, of course. Instead of Aaron Simpson, founder and group chairman of Quintessentially, simply enjoying the ocean breeze flowing through his hair or taking a dip in the bi-level pool or being handed a champagne flute at the beach club onboard, he’s more interested in who’s on board, than the tricked-out craft itself. Per Bloomberg:

“Simpson describes it as a TED conference on the seas, attended exclusively by influential professionals you’d want to rub elbows with—a floating hotel for VIPs that drops anchor outside culturally significant events and hosts the most interesting parties.”

So how does one get onboard? It’s invite-only, and potentials will have to pony up an $18,000 annual fee, with space for three-night stays throughout the year. It’ll also include 8-12 permanent residences. The ship is set to be completed in 2020.
