What’s the point of docking your Nono at Marina di Capri if you’re gonna cruise town in a rental?

Sister to the BAC Mono Supercar — the fastest car on street-legal tires — Briggs just became godsend to superyachters everywhere by announcing the BAC Marine Edition Mono, a 0-60 in 2.7 seconds speedster designed for traversing the world’s open waters.
No different in specs than the original $200,000 supercar aside from the fact that the Marine edition boasts a salt-proof coating and other anticorrosive components. The racer’s body is also equipped with a proprietary lift system to accommodate transport by crane and fastening down securely to the deck or helipad. Easy to stow, the Marine edition rests its rotors in its own Environmental Control Container System, a climate-controlled car case designed to endure any challenging maritime elements.
Only drawback: taking “one if by land, two if by sea” a little too seriously. The Marine edition is a single-seater, so you’ll have to report back on the experience of topping out at 170mph on the Amalfi coastline to whatever Ginger or Mary Ann you might have onboard.
