There’s an old saying, goes like this: nobody cares more about your money than you do.
Same goes for your motorcycle.
So if you give a damn about your bike – or you’re thinking about getting one – you need to head down to Moto Shop in South City.
Basically, it’s a moto owner’s oil-stained nirvana.
One of only a handful of shops of its kind in North America, Moto Shop provides repair bays, tools, lifts, classes and incredibly cheap bike storage.
With an open-door policy and a non-judgmental vibe, owners Wilder and Aleks Grippo are overjoyed to welcome anyone into the fold. Kind of like a clubhouse.
Founded by the husband-and-wife duo, the idea for Moto Shop grew out of their five-years-strong riding group. What that group didn’t have was a common garage. So they built one.
Besides the reservable workstations, tire changers and panoply of supplies, Moto also offers a living room area with couches, a TV, a kitchen and a fully stocked fridge.
And nobody cares more about a fully stocked fridge than we do.
