Here’s the fretful question of our data-driven times: what happens when technology can analyze every quotidian thing that happened to you today?

Answer: you drink more beer.

This according to BrewLab SF, the ale-loving collective that makes infographics of its members’ drinking habits, now taking signups for their first ever Homebrewing 101 lessons.

And like a cold brew, the lessons go down quickly.

Operators Sam and Matt will cover the basics — prepping the wort, yeast and fermentation, bottling, etc. — plus provide free sausages. Nice ones.

If you’re thirsty for more, they’ve got two extra classes in the wings: all-grain and one-gallon brewing.

BrewLab SF also throws occasional parties, complete with those drinkers’ choice infographics, which reveal that everyone loved “Bexley’s Porter,” but only a brave and thirsty few were willing to tussle with “Chewy’s Taint.”

Classes start July 14th. Cheers.
