America’s National Parks system is the envy of the world.
But it’s vast and not particularly well-charted online, which can make it difficult to navigate.
So Airbnb is partnering with the National Parks to connect hands-on hosts with potential guests. That means not only do you get a place to stay, you also gain some insider knowledge on where to go hiking, back entrances into the park and how to avoid the traffic. The National Parks is doing this to raise awareness about their conservation mission, and Airbnb is also donating $50,000 to the National Parks Foundation.
As of now it’s available at 10 National Parks — from Sequoia to the Badlands to Acadia — with a variety of price points available at each.
Summer is well underway, so act fast.
