But to our great delight, Aston Martin just decided to lift the lid on their private collection of diaper cars.
Why now? Because the 104-year-old manufacturer just acquired three super hangars in Wales from the Ministry of Defense. Eventually, those hangars will serve as the production site for the new DBX SUV. But first, Aston needed to christen it. So they unwrapped 28 of their finest and dandiest makes and took ’em for a spin, as seen in the video above.
For the affair, Aston tapped World Endurance Championship drivers Darren Turner and Nicki Thiim, along with Chief Engineer Matt Becker, to slide behind the wheel of some serious gems: the DBR1, A3, One-77, Vantage, Rapide S, Vulcan — even a Valkyrie for the young guns.
