Lamborghinis are inspired by all stripe and color of outlandish things, from the obvious stealth jet to the less obvious insect.

So it’s only fitting that their singular designs have go on to inspire other beautiful things.

Like: the new Viks GT commuter bicycle.

From Estonian bicycle designer Indrek Narusk, this aluminum alloy ride is more than three years in the making. Following the stainless steel 2013 Viks model and the carbon-fiber 2015 edition, the GT’s single-speed belt-drive frame is also constructed of two side-by-side tubular frames conjoined at the head tube, seat tube and bottom bracket. But rather than a smooth, curvaceous look, Narusk designed the corners to be cleaner, sharper and more aggressive — like a Lamborghini’s. And thank to the alloy, the new GT is also lighter than its predecessors: it tips the scales at approximately 22 pounds bone dry.

Want to be among the first to ride one? Viks will be producing a limited batch of GTs in a range of frame sizes and Lamborghini Pantones (their signature yellow included). To inquire, contact them here or visit your local stockist.
