Classic pickups have a way of making us forget about 0-60 times, intuitive control panels and any and everything autonomous.
And the most recent reminder of their charm comes from Legacy Classic Trucks out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Looks a little something like this:
No stranger to attention given their impressive work for Jay Leno on a Dodge Power Wagon, Legacy Classics is back with their own take on a vintage Chevy NAPCO 4×4 truck. Produced between 1955 and 1959, the NAPCO 4x4s were 3100-series makes suited with Powr-Pak 4×4 conversions. Not that Legacy’s makes are all in all originals — they’re referred to as “tribute trucks” — but the quality and detail make for a ride that’s just as covetable.
Fantastic detail went into everything on board, from the powertrain to the quad-exhaust tips a la Corvette to the premium leather seats and era-appropriate stereo head unit. The jump-off price for one of Legacy’s conversions starts at around $135,000, and every unit is built to order according to the owner’s desired specifications. And while she may be no Bugatti, but these classic pickups are a surefire way to show up to the party in an out no one else will be donning.
