First Rule of Dinner Lab:

You do not talk about Dinner Lab. You just Instagram the hell out of it.

Second Rule used to be you gotta know someone to get in. But big news: the nation’s best roving underground supper club is throwing their (usually unmarked) doors open to the masses.

Wanna have dinner in a grain mill? Vacant movie theater? Deconsecrated church?

Here’s your ticket. As of last week, the formerly members-only Dinner Lab announced that going forward, anyone can attend their dinners. All you have to do is sign up to see the upcoming events in your city (they currently serve 32 markets across the US).

Select Membership ($125-175 annually) gets you discounted prices along with exclusive access to happy hours, seasonal parties, chef demonstrations and exclusive “Chef’s Table” events.

Each Dinner Lab is hosted by a renowned chef in your area. You’ll get to see the five-course menu for the night when you claim a ticket, but the location isn’t revealed until the day before the event.

Guest eat at long communal tables and beverages flow freely.

So get your name on the list and browse their upcoming offerings.

We’ll see you there.
