According to the person who posted this ad for a black 2012 ZiL 4112R prototype limousine, the car was allegedly built in Moscow for Russian president Vladimir Putin. The seller boasts that the automobile is higher-end than the average Cadillac, Maybach, or Rolls-Royce. And it can be yours for $1.2 million—which is negotiable.
