In the spirit of the Floating Seahorse and the Waterlovt, New Living on Water offers customizable luxury floating properties for use as hotels or private residences.
As one might expect from a floating luxury home, New Living on Water’s offerings are downright palatial. Each unit has three levels, a split basement, four bedrooms with bathrooms, a dining room with balcony, and plenty of outdoor space connected to the home’s other work and living spaces.
In addition, each room has separate temperature controls. The whole structure can be hooked into land-based sanitation and electrical systems, although each home can also be made self-sufficient through optional solar panel and water purification upgrades.
New Living on Water will debut at Cityscape Global in Dubai in September, and the 16,000-square-foot unit on display has an estimated cost of $11 million. For a closer look at New Living On Water’s offerings, click here.
