Valentine’s Day. It’s coming.
It’s unfortunate, but unavoidable. Like old age, or another U2 album.
To celebrate, we don’t endorse taking your lady to a prix-fixe dinner.
Instead, stick closer to home — like, in your home — and cook a Valentine’s repast with the help of ace chef Sarah Ashley Schiear.
Sarah knows her stuff. She was on ABC’s The Taste. Boasts celeb clients like Mary Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy. And in case you hadn’t noticed, is easy on the eyes to boot.
And now she’s offering private tutorials on how to make a V-Day feast that’ll have your sweetheart wondering exactly when you had time to attend culinary school.
As Sarah says, “there’s nothing sexier than a guy who can cook.”
Simply email her to book some time, and let her know any dietary constraints. She’ll work with you to craft the perfect menu, then show up to teach you how to knock it out with aplomb.
Spaces are obviously limited, so we suggest you get on it.
No time for an in-home tutorial? Fear not — Sarah’s also been kind enough to provide a dead simple recipe that even a lifelong microwave jockey could pull off. Straightforward, sexy and exceedingly tasty.
Step one: canceling that dinner reservation.
