A 101-year-old D-Day veteran broke a world record when he jumped out a plane at 15,000 feet in England. He is the oldest skydiver ever at 101 and 38 days.
Verdun Hayes received a military guard of honor for his record-breaking tandem dive, reports CBS. He raised thousands of dollars for military charity by doing the jump.

And how did he feel after his jump? “Oh absolutely over the moon.”
