Fergalicious is finally coming back. It’s been 11 years since The Dutchess, Fergie’s solo debut, dropped, but her second album is on the way.
In honor of the new album, Double Dutchess, Fergie has been busy filling her Instagram with short films and provocative black-and-white photos for about the past week and a half, writes InStyle.
It seems this is a whole new Fergie, very different from the 2006-era singer we came to know. The 42-year-old bares all in some of the classy photographs, “clad in only a set of sheer gloves.” She also released a short, eerie video of a montage of her old music videos. The voiceover says: “You don’t want to wake up, do you?”
The pre-order date for her album is August 25.
