Sylvester Stallone has been accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl when he was 40-years-old, reports The Daily Mail. The actor was filming Over the Top in Las Vegas in 1986, according to a police report, when he met the teenager. She was given keys to his room.
According to The Daily Mail, he allegedly had sex with the girl, and told her that she was “very tight.” Afterwards, he asked the minor if she had ever had sex with two men at the same time, and his bodyguard Michael “Mike” De Luca came out of the bathroom. According to the girl, Stallone forced her to perform oral sex on De Luca. She was then forced to perform oral sex on Stallone while De Luca allegedly penetrated her. She told the police that she was “very uncomfortable” when De Luca joined the sexual encounter, but she said she felt she had “no choice in the matter,” reports The Daily Mail.
The teen then claims that Stallone said she couldn’t tell anyone because both men were married, writes The Daily Mail, and the actor threatened to “beat her head in” if she ever said anything. Police say they decided not to press charges because she was “scared and humiliated.”
Retired Las Vegas detective John Samolovitch confirmed that the copy of the police report is “in fact a true copy of the original report” to the Daily Mail. Samolovitch was the head of the sexual assault unit in Las Vegas at the time. Police were alerted to the incident when a hotel employee called police to report that a friend of the victim said she needed advice on the matter. The teen then told them that she was staying at the hotel for 10 days with her family, which is where she met David Mendenhall, who was playing Stallone’s son in the film, and he introduced her to Stallone.
