Kirk Cousins is nerdy, obsessive and frugal. He has an office, he and his wife live with their in-laws during the winter to save money, he keeps photographs of journalists so that he always remembers their names, and he loves trivia and reading (and reviewing the books he’s reading and emailing those reviews to family). All this might seem a little different from a stereotypical quarterback, but it clearly works for the Washington star, who has the potential to earn the largest contract in NFL history. He takes his nerd-status and uses it to prepare for each game.
