Making the pivot from acting to modeling, or vice versa, isn’t all that uncommon. Neither is shifting from athletics to either one of those careers. But, doing all three? Well, that’s triple-threat territory. Enter Kelly Rohrbach, the Connecticuter-turned-Californian, who’s made it look easy.
Rohrbach began her modeling career after being named Sports Illustrated‘s Rookie of the Year. Before earning that title, she tore up the links playing for Georgetown University’s golf team. She’s still a frequent contributor to Golf Digest, too. Watch this video below to get some seriously useful advice on your golf swing.
Rohrbach is also set to star as C.J. Parker in next year’s Baywatch movie, which resurrects the role famously played by Pamela Anderson.
Baywatch is a comedy, and the film’s writers gave C.J. a bit more depth, making her more aloof than her television counterpart. “I love unlikeable characters. I find them fascinating,” she explained in a recent interview with British GQ. “The world is uncomfortable with a really-ugly-on-the-inside woman. So uncomfortable.
