Across the sprawling landscape of London, there are plenty of stunning and iconic sites to see—the Shard, the BT Tower, St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge to name some of the best.
And this one apartment up for sale boasts views of just about all of them.
The lavish £13 million ($16.8 million) penthouse, dubbed “The High Command,” is perched on top of the historic site of the Courage Brewery warehouse.
In the 1980s, the warehouse was converted into luxury residences, with an enviable location on the banks of the Thames River.
The crown jewel is the four-bedroom, 4,280 square foot penthouse with its terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The bottom floor of the penthouse, which is on the seventh story, boasts a reception room kitchen, while the two floors above are arranged as a master bedroom suite, with reception room, terrace, walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
The tenth and eleventh floors feature an unusual dome with a gallery, gazebo and terrace offering panoramic views of London.
“The view from The High Command is priceless, it’s like nothing you’ve ever seen. You are literally on top of Tower Bridge,” James Crowley, of estate agents Knight Frank, which is selling the home, told Caters News.
“You can almost lean out and touch it it’s so close.”
