Late architect Zaha Hadid, known for her neo-futuristic building designs—like the Glasgow Riverside Museum in Scotland and Guangzhou Opera House in China—may be one of the most sought-after architects of our time. And now, for the right price, you can own one of her final projects in New York City. Located on the High Line in West Chelsea at 520 West 28th Street, Penthouse 37, is a 6,853 square foot five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath, with two private balconies and a giant terrace (2,218 square feet). The luxury apartment also includes indoor and outdoor kitchens, a library, and its own private elevator. (The city’s first private IMAX theater is part of the building.) Penthouse 37 is listing for $50 million. Take a look at some of its interior shots below. Interested in buying it? Click here.
