Located five miles north of Los Olivos, Michael Jackson’s former 12,598 square-foot home has six bedrooms, including a first-floor master suite with private loft and two master bathrooms. While the late pop star referred to his California estate as “Neverland Ranch,” the new property owner calls it “Sycamore Valley Ranch.” On the market since May of 2015, this is tenth most expensive home in America with a listing price of $100 million.

Resting on a gated 2,698-acre estate, the French Normandy-style home is nestled between extensively landscaped gardens and a four-acre lake complete with a waterfall. It has beautiful pastoral views to the south and majestic mountain views to the north. The exterior of the house is framed by an expansive outdoor barbecue area with a pool, pool house, and tennis court nearby.

In addition to the main house, the estate is home to three guest homes, a 5,500-square-foot private theater, and a maintenance shop, as well as several barns and animal shelter facilities. Find more information here. Take a visual tour below.
