At some point in the last year, I decided to make one thing in my life easy: coffee.
I like my French Press. I tried the AeroPress. And I still own a coffee grinder and a separate milk frother. But there is something to an coffee machine that does most of the work for you and delivers an espresso that’s cafe-worthy.

We’ve been using this exact model at our house since just after Covid hit and we’ve pretty much stopped going to local cafes (that said … support your local cafe when you feel safe).
Bonus: You can use to make some excellent coffee-based cocktails.
