And now they’ve dropped another West Village gem: The Clam, a seafood bungalow on Hudson plating up oysters Rockefeller with absinthe and a whole winter flounder with bacon and pistachio pesto. Thursday Night: Jazzy Nightcap
Post-repast, grab a quick cab up to The NoMad Hotel, where Will Guidara and Daniel Humm have added live jazz Thursdays to their repertoire in the secluded second-floor Johnston Room.
