Small talk. Handwritten thank you notes. Anna Kendrick.
Little things go a long way.
Same holds true for a man’s home, no matter how commodious that home may be.
Leading you by example: A/M: Shop, selling modern goods you won’t find anywhere else, now open in Fulton Market.
This place is basically the showroom dreams of Design Bureau Magazine.
Curated by the creative consultants at Aesthetic/Movement — whose local clientele roster includes the likes of Room Service and Apartment Number 9 — A/M is packed with gentlemanly curios and artful objects. The small things that make a home a well-edited home.
The highlights:
- Izola: Everyday goods. Very handsome brass accessories. Can’t recommend this balsam incense enough.
- Set Editions: Tongue-in-cheek barware, like these Friends and Enemies shot glasses.
- Sir/Madam: A/M’s in-house line. Wood boards. Kitchenware and dishware your lady will definitely dig.
The catch: A/M’s currently only open Thursday through Sunday.
Means you should pop in the next time you’re brunchin’ ‘round those parts.
Just save room for a little shopping.
