On June 1st, ScreenBid is putting a host of memorabilia on the block from five-time Golden Globe–winning TV drama Mad Men. Among the items up for auction are the ’60s-style Ray-Ban sunglasses Roger Sterling (John Slattery) wore in Season 6, Episode 10; and the copy of Dante’s Inferno Don Draper (Jon Hamm) is seen reading poolside in the Season 6 premiere. Darren Julien, president and CEO of Julien’s Auctions in Los Angeles, tells RealClearLife that, conservatively speaking, the screen-worn sunglasses could fetch $800-$1,200; while the copy of Inferno could realize $1,000-$2,000. The crown jewel of the auction, however, is the 1964 Imperial Crown Convertible that Don Draper drives in Season 4, Episode 3. The biggest estimate off all? A Chrysler spinoff, one of just 200 in existence, projected to go for about $10,000-$20,000. To view all of the Mad Men lots and register a bid, click here.
