Germany’s Kaffee Maschine has struck a chord among fans of custom motorcycles with their fine iteration of an Italian Moto Guzzi Le Mans MKII.
At once iconic in form and refined in feel, founder Axle Budde has this to say about the design: “To me, a Café Racer such as this is the essence of the fascination between man and machine, and one of the last possibilities to experience it.”
We certainly wish we could be among those to experience it.
The Moto is custom-fitted with a 1064 cc V-twin with juiced-up valves, ported heads and a new camshaft. They integrated an electronic ignition system and a duo of 40mm carburetors to the flat black exhaust.
But it’s touches like the retro-blue polish, the brown leather grips and handmade seat that separate it from the pack.
Any bike can be a looker, but this ride’s got finesse.
